All sessions are tailored to your needs, and are a mix of Psyche, Soma, and Spirit work. Please understand that not every modality will be addressed within a single session, nor may every modality be necessary for your particular needs. However, this work is transformational in nature; therefore, I will send you a checklist before our session to identify possible directions you would like to take to best meet your needs and areas you'd like to focus on.
