All sessions are tailored to your needs, and are a mix of Psyche, Soma, and Spirit work. Please understand that not every modality will be addressed within a single session, nor may every modality be necessary for your particular needs. However, this work is transformational in nature and it is my goal to co-create a session that feels right for you.
